I didn't study corporate power from the outside. I lived it.

Thirty years inside global corporates. C-suite by my late thirties. I played the games that got me there and I watched them quietly remove people who never saw them coming.

I spent three decades inside global corporates — across 24 countries, in FMCG, banking, hospitality, logistics and manufacturing. I rose to the C-suite in my late thirties, leading teams and P&Ls across complex, political organisations.
I rose because I learned to read the system. I saw how decisions were really made, who really held influence, and why the most capable person in the room so rarely advanced.
I also watched the cost of not seeing it. Credit taken from the people who earned it. Careers stalled with no explanation. Capable people edged out of the rooms where their future was being decided — and never told why.

At points, I was played — and it cost me.

That experience, from all three positions — the one who rose, the one who watched, and the one who was played — is what I write and speak about. I didn’t observe corporate power from a lecture hall. I used it, and I was used by it.

What I identified across those thirty years are patterns never taught in any qualification, and rarely spoken aloud: the games that quietly decide who rises, who stalls, and who is removed. This platform exists to make them visible — so you can read them before they cost you.

The same climb, on real mountains.

“Careers are not ladders. They are mountains.” Linda means it literally — the discipline of the long climb runs through everything she teaches.

The work is bigger than the wound.

That’s why organisations adopt it, leaders learn it, and suppliers use it. Start where most people do — by seeing which games are shaping you right now.

Linda Reddy is a London-based Global Executive, international speaker, and creator of two IP frameworks on corporate systems, power, and performance.

Over 25 years, she has led large-scale supply chain and operational transformation across FMCG, banking, and hospitality in more than 24 countries. She has run complex operations, led multi-country P&Ls, and delivered over 400% EBITDA growth at C-suite level.

A Harvard alumna, Linda’s work is grounded in a clear insight: corporate success is shaped not only by strategy, but by power, positioning, and human behaviour.

She is the creator of The 11 Invisible Games of Corporate Power and The 22 Human Dynamics, frameworks that help professionals understand how decisions are really made, build influence, and avoid being overlooked despite strong performance.

Her perspective has been shaped both inside and outside the corporate world, through leadership, endurance, and high-performance experiences that deepened her understanding of resilience, clarity, and legacy.

Her work focuses on how corporations actually function, not just how it is designed to.

The Twin Frameworks of Leverage

Linda Reddy’s core philosophy separates executive operations into two distinct domains, offering a comprehensive toolkit for corporate systems navigation.

System one

The 22 Human Dynamics

Undeclared Culture Analysis

How humans interact, establish coalitions, form alliances, and evaluate loyalty separate from formal organizational design. System 1 measures emotional safety and team behavioral alignments that either catalyze or sideline executive speed.

SYSTEM TWO

The 11 Invisible Games

Hidden Architecture Map

Decoding the structural grid of an enterprise, where funding is locked, who owns actual power assets, how career progression curves differ from visible promotion pathways, and how influence actually flows behind formal hierarchies.

25+ Years Across 24 Countries

Before packaging this intelligence, Linda established deep operational expertise, running complex multi-country operations across FMCG, Banking, and Hospitality.
